Soyoung Kim is a final year PhD candidate in international relations at the S. Rajaratnam School of International Studies, Nanyang Technological University in Singapore. Prior to this, Soyoung completed a Master in Public Policy at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, National University of Singapore. She also has a BA in Spanish and international studies from the Hankuk University of Foreign Studies.
