Jose Ma Luis Montesclaros, MPP, is a Research Fellow with the Centre of Non-Traditional Security Studies (NTS Centre) at S. Rajaratnam School of International Studies (RSIS), Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. He conducts policy analysis with dynamic models of food security and climate change and how they impact importing states, with one of his recent co-authored book chapters on food security in Asia being cited in the latest assessment report by 6th Inter-Governmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) in 2023.
