Ivan Lidarev is an Asian security expert specializing in the international relations of China and India. Most recently he was the 2023/24 Sotirov Visiting Fellow at LSE IDEAS. He completed his PhD in International Relations and Political Science at King’s College London in 2021 with a dissertation on the China-India territorial dispute. Dr Lidarev obtained his MA from Elliott School of International Affairs (ESIA), George Washington University, and his BA from Bard College.
