Cindy X S Zheng is a Postgraduate Student at Sciences Po Paris and Katholieke Universiteit Leuven in European Policies and Public Administration with a background in Communication Science. Her main interest lies in the regulation of emerging technologies and international cooperation.

She is further active for the civil society organisation European Alternatives and the student think tank on Europe-Asia relations (STEAR).
