Chansambath Bong is a PhD scholar at the Strategic and Defence Studies Centre at the Australian National University (ANU) and a Research Fellow at the Asian Vision Institute (AVI), a think-tank based in Cambodia. Sambath holds an MA in Security Studies from Kansas State University, where he graduated as a J. William Fulbright scholar. His research focuses on Cambodia's foreign and defence policies and international relations in Southeast Asia.
