Andrew Sheng is Chairman of George Town Institute of Open and Advanced Studies at Wawasan Open University. Sheng holds key roles, including Professor of Practice at WOU’s School of Business and Administration and Distinguished Fellow at the Asia Global Institute and Institute for Capital Market Research Malaysia. Sheng’s notable career encompasses leadership positions such as assistant governor of Bank Negara Malaysia, deputy chief executive of Hong Kong Monetary Authority and chairman of Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission.
