Qisheng Wu is Associate Research Professor and Executive Director of the Department of American Studies of the Institute of International Relations (IIR), Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences (SASS). He received a Ph.D in International Politics from Fudan University in 2010. He was a Fulbright Visiting Scholar at University of California, San Diego, from September 2008 to July 2009. Dr. Wu is the author of Domestic Politics and the U.S. Policy on Inward Foreign Direct Investment (Shanghai People’s Publishing House, 2022).
